Some listings include a short summary box drafted by Vertex AI Gemini 2.5 Flash from the City of Lee's Summit license description and building permit timeline (never from third-party reviews). Every draft sits in an internal review queue with ai_summary_reviewed = false until a human editor approves it, and only approved summaries are exported to the live site under the label: "AI-written summary, reviewed by the editor on [date]."
